Half a Notre Dame MMI.
A free, timed half-interview built to the real format. Nothing is recorded and no camera access is requested — but treat it like the real thing. Speak your answers out loud, to your camera.

Built to the real format
How it works
- Each station is one prompt. The moment it appears, the clock starts and you are recording.
- You have 5 minutes. Thinking time comes out of the five — and silence is on the tape.
- No follow-up questions, no interviewer. One take.
- Aim to finish with a deliberate closing sentence before the clock hits zero. A cut-off mid-sentence is what a poor time split looks like.
Before you begin
- No pen, no paper, no notes. Clear your desk.
- Close every other tab. Turn off notifications.
- Sit somewhere you will not be interrupted for about 16 minutes.
- Full screen is best — F11, or Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + F on a Mac browser.

Now the part that matters
Find out how you actually scored.
Every station you just did has a marking guide — what a 4/5 answer contains, where most candidates lose marks, and what the panel is actually listening for.
We don’t publish it. We walk you through it, one to one, for free.

Before you talk to us, write down
- The one answer you would most like back. That instinct is usually right.
- How many answers ended on a deliberate final sentence, rather than trailing off.
- How many finished early with nothing left to say.
