terms and conditions.
The terms that apply when you book coaching or a mock interview with us. Fair to you, fair to us, in plain English.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
The short version. We coach you for medical school interviews. We work hard for you, but universities decide every offer, so we cannot promise any result. "Future Doctor+" is a package name, not a promise. The key points:
- You pay in full when you book. Prices are full totals, with no extra fees: for students who live in Australia you pay in Australian dollars, and for students who live in the UK you pay in British pounds (section 9).
- Early-bird offer: lower early-bird prices until 11:59 pm GMT on 10 November 2026 or until 10 orders have been paid, whichever comes first. Then our regular prices apply (section 28).
- You can move a session for free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, or if you do not join, the session usually counts as used. The first time it happens, and in a genuine emergency, it does not (section 13).
- Change your mind before your first session and you get a full refund. After that, you can end your package at any time and get back the value of the part you have not used, worked out by a fixed formula (section 14).
- UK customers have a legal 14-day right to cancel. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay only for what we have provided (section 15).
- Sessions must be used within 12 months. We remind you before then, and you can ask for more time (section 8).
- "24/7 messaging" (also called "direct access") means you can message your specialist at any time. It does not mean an instant reply. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours at weekends (section 11).
- Sessions are not video recorded. A written transcript is made only if everyone agrees (section 12).
- Our materials are for your own use (section 17).
- Your rights under Australian and UK consumer law always apply (section 16).
The full terms below are what count.
These terms apply when you book coaching, a mock interview or any other paid service from m.i ready ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before you book. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you agree to them, for example by ticking a box when you book or by replying to our email. We email you a copy to keep. These terms are for students and families. Schools and tutors who work with us have separate terms. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms (see section 2).
1. Who we are
m.i ready (short for "medical interview ready") is a business name of [LEGAL NAME], a sole trader in Australia, ABN [ABN].
- Address: [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Australia. Please send any letters here, including complaints.
- Email: hello@medicalinterviewready.com. This is the quickest way to reach us. We reply within 2 working days, and usually sooner.
- Website: medicalinterviewready.com
Your agreement is with m.i ready, not with an individual coach.
2. Who these terms cover
- "You" means our customer: the person who books and pays. Where a section is about the student (for example sessions, conduct and materials), it also applies to the student if that is someone else.
- Students under 18. A parent or legal guardian must book, pay and agree to these terms and our privacy policy before the first session. The parent or guardian is our customer and is responsible for payment. They agree by ticking the box when they book, signing our consent form, or replying to our email to say that they have read and agree to these terms and our privacy policy. The student must follow the rules on conduct and use of materials.
- Students 18 and over agree to these terms themselves. If someone else pays, that person is also our customer for payment and refunds.
- When you book, you confirm that the details you give us are true and that you are allowed to agree to these terms.
3. What we provide
We provide online, one-on-one coaching and mock interviews to help students prepare for medical school interviews in Australia and the United Kingdom. This includes MMIs, panel interviews, recorded interviews and academic interviews.
What each package includes is set out on our packages page when you book. We also list it in your booking confirmation email, so you have your own copy. We provide our services with due care and skill (in UK law, "reasonable care and skill").
What you can rely on us for is coaching, given with due care and skill, that is designed to improve your interview skills and your readiness for your university's interview format. You cannot rely on us to get you an interview, a score, a ranking or an offer, because only universities make those decisions (see section 4).
Our website guides, practice questions, quiz and free mock interviews are general information to help you prepare. They are not personal advice. Universities change their processes, so always check each university's official website for dates, formats and rules.
4. No guarantee of any result
Universities, and only universities, decide who gets an interview, an interview score, a ranking or an offer. We give no guarantee of any interview invitation, score, ranking, offer or place in medicine. Your result depends on many things we do not control, such as your academic results, test scores, application, how you perform on the day and how many places there are.
When we say "100% of our students who have received their result have been offered a place in medicine", we are describing past results only. It counts every student who has had paid coaching or a paid mock interview with us and whose university has released its decision. It is not a promise about your result.
5. Package names, including "Future Doctor+"
"Essentials", "Interview Ready", "Future Doctor+" and the "Last-minute crash course" are product names only. They describe a set of services. They are not statements about you or your future.
In particular, the name "Future Doctor+" does not mean, suggest or promise that you will become a doctor, be offered a place at any medical school, pass any interview or reach any other outcome. It is used only as a marketing name for a package. "Interview Ready" also does not promise that you will be ready by any standard a university uses.
On 1 November 2026 two packages were renamed: "Essentials+" is now "Essentials", and "Future Doctor" is now "Future Doctor+". What each package includes did not change. An order placed under the old name is the same package.
6. We are independent
m.i ready is independent. We are not part of, approved by or speaking for any university or medical school, UCAS, UCAT, ACER or GAMSAT, GEMSAS, the General Medical Council (GMC), the Australian Medical Council (AMC), Ahpra, the Medical Board of Australia or any other admissions, testing or regulatory body.
When we name a university or show its logo, it is only to say which school a guide is about. It does not mean the university endorses us. m.i ready is independent and not affiliated with the universities shown.
7. Our coaches, and what we do not do
- Our coaches (also called interview specialists or mentors) are current medical students who have been through these interviews. You are told who your coach is before your first session.
- Coaches coach for m.i ready in a personal capacity. They do not represent, and do not speak for, their university, medical school, hospital, health service, employer or any professional body. Their views are their own.
- Coaches are not acting as doctors or health practitioners when they coach you. Coaching does not create a doctor-patient relationship.
- Nothing in a session, report, message or guide is medical, psychological, legal, financial, migration or official admissions advice.
- We never use or share any university's real, confidential or "leaked" interview questions. Every practice question we use is written by m.i ready.
- We may change your coach if they become unavailable. We will tell you first and keep your plan going. If you are not happy with the new coach, you can end your package and we will refund the part you have not used (section 14).
8. Booking, availability and how long a package lasts
- You can book through our online booking page or by email. A booking is confirmed when you have paid and we have emailed you a booking confirmation. That is when our agreement starts.
- Each coach takes a small number of students at a time, so spaces are limited. Session times depend on coach availability. We do not promise a particular day or time until we confirm it.
- "Priority appointments" (in the Future Doctor+ package) means we offer you open times before we offer them to other students. It does not promise a particular time.
- The Last-minute crash course depends on coach availability and your interview date. You can pay for it online before we have checked times. If we cannot offer you a time before your interview, we refund you in full within 14 days.
- How long a package lasts. Sessions in a package must be used within 12 months of payment. We will email you at least 30 days before then. You can ask us to extend your package for up to 12 more months at no cost. If you have not used all your sessions when your package ends (including any extension), we refund the unused part (worked out as in section 14).
9. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on our packages page. They are full totals, including any tax we must charge. Prices depend on where the student lives: our Australian prices, in Australian dollars (AUD), for students who live in Australia, and our UK prices, in British pounds (GBP), for students who live in the UK. Students who live in another country can choose either. We ask where the student lives at checkout. We do not add booking fees, card surcharges or any other fees at checkout. The price you pay is the price shown on the checkout page (or on your invoice) when you pay. During the early-bird offer, see section 28.
- If we are registered for GST, the price includes GST and your receipt is a tax invoice.
- Payment is due in full when you book, before your first session. You can pay in one of two ways:
- Online at checkout. You pay the full total on a secure checkout page run by a third-party payment provider, by card (such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Which of these you see can depend on your device and your bank.
- By invoice. We email you an invoice with a secure payment link.
- We never see or store your full card details. The payment provider handles them under its own terms and privacy policy.
- If you pay from an account in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and may charge its own fee. We do not control or receive these charges.
- We do not offer payment by instalments unless we agree a payment plan with you in writing. If we agree one and a payment is missed, we will remind you. If it is still not paid 7 days after our reminder, we may pause sessions until it is paid.
10. Upgrades, offers and items in development
- Upgrades. You can upgrade to a bigger package at any time, for the same student: from Essentials to Interview Ready or Future Doctor+, or from Interview Ready to Future Doctor+. The full fee you have already paid for Essentials or Interview Ready (or both) is credited against the price of the bigger package, so you pay only the difference. The bigger package is priced in the same currency you paid in: Australian dollars (AUD) if you booked at our Australian prices, or British pounds (GBP) if you booked at our UK prices. Your diagnostic counts as your first session, and any sessions, mocks and written work you have already had count towards the bigger package.
- Offers and discounts. Our early-bird offer is explained in section 28. Before you pay, we tell you in writing exactly what any other offer, discount or referral code gives you, how long it lasts and any conditions. It applies only as described there. Unless that description says otherwise, an offer is for one student, cannot be combined with another offer, has no cash value and applies to new bookings only. This includes the offer that comes with our free interview guide.
- Referral codes. If a current or past student gives you their referral code, the discount is applied when you book: you type the code on the secure payment page, or we take it off your invoice. Referral codes cannot be used with the early-bird price (section 28). Any thank-you reward for the person who referred you is given only after your first paid session has taken place. We never reward anyone for writing a review.
- Items still being built. Some items on our packages page are marked as still rolling out (for example "rolling out through 2026"), such as the full curriculum, Future Doctor+ modules, workbooks and document collections. They are not ready yet. We are working to release them, but we cannot promise a date. They are not counted in the price or in the refund formula (section 14). If one becomes available while your package is active, you get it at no extra cost. We will never ask you to pay for something that does not exist yet.
- Changes to a service. We may improve how we deliver a service. We will not reduce what you have paid for without your agreement.
11. Messaging your specialist ("24/7 direct access")
Interview Ready and Future Doctor+ include direct messages with your interview specialist about your preparation. Our website may call this "24/7 messaging", "direct specialist contact", "24/7 direct access" or "private contact details". This is what those words mean:
- You can send a message at any time, day or night, any day of the week. "24/7" means when you can send, not how fast we reply.
- We reply within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and within 48 hours at weekends and on public holidays. Coaches are medical students with exams and placements. If your specialist cannot reply in time, another coach or m.i ready will reply instead.
- "Private contact details" means a direct business contact for your specialist that is not shared publicly. Messages go through a business email address or business messaging account run by m.i ready, and m.i ready can see these messages. Coaches never use personal phone numbers or personal social media to contact students.
- For students under 18, a parent or guardian is copied into every message thread.
- Please keep messages about interview preparation, and keep them respectful. Do not share your specialist's contact details with anyone else. If contact is misused, we may move it to our main email address.
- This is not an emergency, health or crisis service. See section 20.
- Messaging ends when your package ends.
12. Online sessions, recording and transcripts
- Sessions are held online by video call on Zoom. Please join from a quiet, private place with a working camera, microphone and internet connection. Cameras stay on, as they would in a real interview.
- Parents and guardians of students under 18 are told every session time and are welcome to sit in.
- No recording without consent. Neither you nor we may video or audio record a session, or take screenshots of it, without the agreement of everyone in it (and a parent or guardian if the student is under 18).
- Transcripts. We do not keep video or audio recordings of sessions. With the consent of everyone in the session (and a parent or guardian if the student is under 18), we may use a transcription tool to make a written transcript, which helps us write your lesson summary. Some transcription tools record the audio of the call to make the transcript. If ours does, we delete that audio as soon as the transcript is made, and within 7 days at the latest. We ask for consent at the start of each session. You can say no, or change your mind at any time, and your coaching will not be affected.
- Transcripts are deleted 90 days after your last session. Lesson summaries are kept for up to two years. Our privacy policy explains this.
- If a session cannot go ahead because of a technical problem on our side, we will offer a new time at no cost. If a problem on your side cuts a session short, we will try to make up the time, but we may not be able to.
13. Moving, cancelling and missed sessions
In this section, "session" includes coaching sessions, mock interviews, debriefs and warm-ups.
- With at least 24 hours' notice: you can move or cancel a session for free. Tell us by email or with the link in your booking confirmation. The session stays in your package.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend: the session counts as used, because your coach has set that time aside and usually cannot offer it to someone else at short notice. We will not count it:
- the first time this happens in your package;
- if the reason is a genuine emergency, such as illness, a family emergency or a clash with your real interview (we may ask for brief details); or
- if we can give the time to another student.
- Last-minute crash course: if the session is not counted for one of the reasons above, we will offer you one new time before your interview. If no time is free before your interview, we refund you in full.
- Joining late: the session still ends at the booked time. If you have not joined 15 minutes after the start and have not contacted us, we treat it as a missed session. If your coach joins late, we add the missed time to the session or to your next session.
- If your interview date changes: tell us as soon as you know. We will move your sessions to fit the new date.
- If we need to cancel or move a session: we will offer a new time or a full refund for that session, whichever you prefer.
- If your coach is not a good fit: tell us and we will rematch you with another coach.
14. Refunds
This section is our own refund policy. It is in addition to your rights under consumer law (section 16), which always apply.
- Before your first session: if you change your mind, we refund you in full.
- After your first session: if you change your mind, you can end your package at any time and we refund the part you have not used. We work out the used part like this:
- Interview Ready: the price is split into 6 equal parts (3 sessions and 3 mock interviews). Each mock part includes its written report and debrief.
- Future Doctor+: the price is split into 14 equal parts (10 sessions, 3 mock interviews, and the 2 warm-ups together count as 1 part).
- Essentials and the Last-minute crash course are one session each, so they are fully used once that session has taken place.
- Everything else in a package (such as insight briefs, reviewed responses and messaging) is included in these parts and is not charged separately.
- If you upgraded, the price is the total you paid, including any Essentials or Interview Ready fee, and your diagnostic counts as your first session.
- For example, if you paid for Interview Ready and have had 2 sessions and 1 mock interview, 3 of the 6 parts are used, so we refund half of what you paid.
- We use the amount you actually paid, after any discount.
- If something goes wrong on our side: please tell us. Your rights in section 16 apply, and we will put it right.
- We pay refunds to the person who paid, using the original payment method where we can, within 14 days of agreeing the refund. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
15. UK customers: your 14-day right to cancel
If you live in the UK and book as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, for any reason. This comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- The 14 days start on the day after we confirm your booking (section 8), and end 14 days later.
- To cancel, tell us clearly. Email us at the address in section 1, or write to our address in section 1, with your name and booking. A simple message saying you want to cancel is enough. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.
- If you want us to start within the 14 days: you must ask us to, when you book (by ticking the box) or in writing, such as by email. The box is optional. If you do not ask, we start your sessions after the 14 days. If you asked us to start and then cancel within the 14 days, you pay for what we have provided up to the time you tell us, worked out from the total price as in section 14. We refund the rest.
- If we provide the whole service within the 14 days at your request (for example, an Essentials diagnostic or a crash course that has already taken place), you lose the right to cancel it, as long as you told us when you asked us to start that you understood this. We will ask you to confirm this before we start.
- We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. There is no fee.
Cancellation form (you can copy this into an email):
To: [LEGAL NAME], trading as m.i ready, [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Australia. Email: hello@medicalinterviewready.com
I give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following service: [name of the package or session].
Booked on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Signature (only if you send this on paper). Date: [date].
16. Your consumer law rights
Nothing in these terms takes away or limits any right you have under law that cannot be taken away. This includes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, such as services provided with due care and skill, fit for any purpose you tell us about, and provided within a reasonable time. If you live in the UK, it includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as a service performed with reasonable care and skill, and the right to have it performed again, or to a price reduction, if it is not.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
17. Our materials and methods
- Everything we create and give you belongs to m.i ready (or the people we license it from). This includes lesson summaries, skill profiles, mock reports, lesson plans, guides, question banks, workbooks, recorded teaching and our website.
- You get a personal licence to use them for your own interview preparation. The licence cannot be transferred.
- Please do not copy, share, sell, publish, post online, upload to an AI tool or file-sharing site, or use our materials to coach anyone else, without our written consent.
- You may show your own reports and summaries to your parents or guardians and to your school careers adviser.
- Our coaching methods, frameworks and lesson structures are confidential. Please do not publish them, sell them, or use them to teach or coach other people. You are free to use what you have learned in your own interviews, and to talk to friends and family about your preparation.
- None of this stops you writing an honest review of us, good or bad.
- These rules keep applying after your package ends.
18. Your work, your privacy and reviews
- Your answers, personal stories and application details stay yours. We use them only to coach you.
- We will not publish your name, words, photo or results, or anything that identifies you, without your written consent (and a parent's or guardian's consent if you are under 18).
- We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
- We may ask for a review. You are free to say no. We never pay or reward anyone for a review, and we only show real reviews.
19. Conduct and honesty
- Please treat your coach with respect, and we will do the same for you. We do not accept abuse, harassment, threats or discrimination from anyone, in sessions or in messages.
- Please give us accurate information, including your universities, interview format and interview dates. We plan your preparation on what you tell us.
- We help you prepare. We do not write personal statements, application answers or scripts for you to submit or learn as your own. We do not teach memorised model answers.
- We will never sit a test, interview or recorded assessment for you, or help anyone break a university's or test provider's rules. You are responsible for following each university's rules, including the rules for recorded and online assessments.
20. Safety, under-18s and wellbeing
- A parent or guardian must agree before the first session for any student under 18. Parents are told every session time and may sit in.
- All coaching is online. Coaches do not meet students in person.
- Coaches only contact students through m.i ready's business channels (section 11). They never use personal phone numbers or private social media. For students under 18, a parent or guardian is copied into every message thread.
- If we are seriously worried about a student's safety, we may tell a parent or guardian, or the right authority, where the law requires or allows it.
- If you have a concern about a coach, email us. We will take it seriously, reply within 2 working days and act promptly. You can also contact the police or your local child protection service at any time.
- We are not a health or crisis service. If someone is in danger, call 000 in Australia or 999 in the UK. For support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800 (Australia), or Samaritans on 116 123 or Childline on 0800 1111 (UK). If something comes up in coaching that needs medical or psychological help, we will suggest you speak to a GP or the right service.
21. Our liability
This section does not limit your rights in section 16.
- We do not exclude or limit liability for anything the law does not allow us to, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
- Universities make every admission decision. We are not responsible for a university's decision itself. If you suffer loss because our service did not meet the standards the law sets (section 16), your rights in section 16 apply.
- We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you booked.
- Our website guides and free resources are general information. Please check each university's official website before relying on them. We are not responsible for loss caused by a university changing its process.
- We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet or video platform outages, power cuts, natural disasters, or the sudden serious illness of your coach where no other coach is free. If this happens, we will offer a new time or a refund for the affected part.
- Our total liability to you for any claim about a package or service is limited to the total amount you paid for it. This limit does not apply to your rights in section 16 (including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you live in the UK), to death or personal injury, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not let us limit.
22. Ending the agreement
- You can end your package at any time by emailing us. Sections 14, 15 and 16 explain any refund.
- We can end your package, or pause it, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Examples: abuse or harassment, recording a session without consent, sharing our materials, asking us to help break a university's rules, or not paying. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
- If we end your package for these reasons, we refund the part you have not used, worked out as in section 14.
- If we have to stop providing a service for any other reason, we refund the part you have not used in full.
23. Complaints
- Email us at the address in section 1 (or write to our address) and tell us what went wrong and what you would like us to do.
- We reply within 2 working days to confirm we have your complaint. We aim to resolve it within 14 days. If it will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
- If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing. You can then contact Consumer Affairs Victoria or the fair trading office in your state or territory. In the UK, you can contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline (England and Wales), Advice Direct Scotland or Consumerline (Northern Ireland).
Privacy complaints are covered in our privacy policy.
24. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
- The terms that apply to you are the ones on this page when you book. We email you a copy.
- We will only change the terms for a package you have already paid for if the law requires it, for safety reasons, or if the change does not disadvantage you. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before the change applies to you, unless the law requires it sooner. If you do not accept a change, you can end your package and get a refund for the part you have not used.
25. Law and courts
- These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and you can bring a claim in the courts of Victoria.
- If you live in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
- If you live elsewhere in Australia, you keep the protection of the consumer laws that apply where you live.
26. Other legal points
- The full agreement. Our agreement with you is made up of these terms, our privacy policy, the package details on our website when you book, your booking confirmation and anything else we agree with you in writing. If something we agree with you in writing differs from these terms, the written agreement applies.
- If one part is not valid, the rest of these terms still apply.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer. We may transfer this agreement to a business that takes over m.i ready, as long as your rights are not reduced. We will tell you, and you can end your package with a refund for the unused part if you are not happy. You cannot transfer your package to someone else without our written agreement.
- Messages. We send notices to the email address you gave us when you booked.
27. Our results statement, independence and other notices
- Our results statement and “100% success rate”. When we say “100% success rate” or “100% of our students who have received their result have been offered a place in medicine”, we count every student who has had paid coaching or a paid mock interview with us and whose university has released its decision, and nobody else. Students still waiting for a decision are not counted. We review it whenever a result comes in (last reviewed October 2026).
- What it does not mean. It describes past results only. It is not a guarantee, offer or promise that you will receive an interview, a score, a ranking or a place. Admission decisions are made by universities alone. They depend on interviewers’ judgement and on your own preparation and performance on the day, which we cannot control. We share our results honestly and do not intend them to mislead anyone.
- Independence. m.i ready is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or accredited by any university, or any organisation whose name or logo appears on our website, including the GMC, the AMC, Ahpra, the Medical Board of Australia, the NHS, the Medical Schools Council and the UCAT Consortium. We show these names and logos only to point to the public standards our teaching is built around.
- Places left. When we show how many places are left on a package (for example "Only 3 left"), it is the real number of places our coaches can still take for that package at the time. Places paid for on our website are taken off automatically, and we update it by hand for places booked another way. We never show a made-up number of places, a false deadline or a fake sale timer to rush you.
- Reviews. The reviews we show are real reviews from our Trustpilot and Google pages. We do not write, buy or reward reviews, and we never change what a review means. We may shorten a long review to fit. We link to our Trustpilot page so you can read every review in full, good or bad.
- Prices. The price shown is the full price you pay. There are no hidden or extra fees added later (section 9).
- Interview details change. Universities change their interview formats, dates and weightings every year. Always check your invitation email and the university’s own website.
- Acknowledgement of Country. We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work and learn, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
28. Early-bird offer (November 2026)
To mark the launch of our new website, our packages are on sale at a lower early-bird price for a short time. This is how the early-bird offer works.
- What it is. Each package has an early-bird price and a regular price. Both are shown on our website, in Australian dollars for Australian customers and British pounds for UK customers. The regular price is shown crossed out next to the early-bird price. It is the price that applies after the early-bird offer ends. It is not a price we charged before.
- When it ends. The early-bird offer ends at whichever comes first:
- 11:59 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on 10 November 2026; or
- when 10 orders have been paid at the early-bird price.
- First come, first served. The 10 places go in the order payments are completed. They are shared across all packages and both regions. One paid order counts as one place. If we show how many early-bird places are left, the number comes from our payment records at that time.
- One early-bird order per student. Each student can place one order at the early-bird price: one main package, plus the Last-minute crash course if it is in the same order. If the same student orders again while the offer is on, that order is at the regular price. The checkout page shows the price before you pay.
- Refunds and places. An early-bird order that is later refunded still counts as one of the 10 places.
- No other codes. Referral codes and other discounts cannot be combined with the early-bird price.
- The price you pay. The price you pay is the price shown on the secure checkout page when you pay. If the checkout page shows a different price from our website, you can choose not to pay.
- If the offer ends while you are paying. A checkout page keeps the price it opened with until it expires, about 30 minutes after it opens. So if several people are paying when the 10th place is taken, anyone whose checkout page opened before it was taken keeps the early-bird price, as long as they finish paying before that page expires. This means a few more than 10 students may get the early-bird price. In the same way, a checkout page opened before 11:59 pm GMT on 10 November 2026 keeps the early-bird price until it expires, even if you finish paying a few minutes after that time.
- Upgrades. If you upgrade later (section 10), the credit is the amount you actually paid, which is the early-bird price if that is what you paid. You pay the difference between that credit and the price of the bigger package on the day you upgrade.
- Refunds. Refunds are worked out on the amount you actually paid (section 14).
- After the offer ends. Our regular prices apply to all new orders. Orders already paid at the early-bird price keep that price.
- Sessions. The early-bird offer does not change how booking works. Session times still depend on coach availability (section 8).
